What's it going to cost?
Text me a photo and I'll come back with one flat price for the whole job — free, and agreed before I start. If I open something up and find worse underneath, you approve it before I keep going.
Is my job too small?
No. Small jobs are a lot of what I do. Got several? Save them up and I'll knock them all out in one trip — that's the cheapest way to use me.
How soon can you get here?
I answer the same day, and I work weekday afternoons plus Saturdays and Sundays. My schedule has room right now.
Are you insured?
Yes — general liability, and I'm OSHA certified. Want to see the certificate before I start? Just ask.
Anything you don't do?
No roofing, HVAC, electrical panels, gas lines or tree work. Virginia also requires a licensed contractor on any single project over $1,000 — if your job crosses that line I'll tell you before we start, not after.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or Apple Pay. We settle up when the work's done and you're happy with it.
